Arashi is first and foremost a progression focused raiding guild.

What does progression focused raiding mean?
Simply put, we want to be able to keep abreast with raid content when it is still relatively fresh and new.
This does not make us a hardcore guild, as our aim is not to strive for server firsts, or be the reigning top guild on the server.
We just merely wish to experience our subscription's worth of content and have a blast while at it.

We understand that turning this game into a second job defeats the purpose of playing in the first place.
We want our members to enjoy raiding, and to see it as more of a passion and hobby than a chore.

Our raiding system is run on the belief of meritocracy.
Your raid spot is determined solely by your individual aptitude and performance in raids.
Seniority and friendships do not grant you automatic raid invites, and you can and will get replaced by members who show more consistency and better performance than you.
We believe that this system will push our members to become better raiders, with a strong sense of self-accountability.

We do not tolerate drama queens, emo kids and greedy loot whores of any sort.
If you wish to bring up an issue, please do so privately with the Officers.
If you are unhappy with the way this guild is run, and cannot find a peaceful resolution to your issues, you are free to leave and find a new and hopefully more suitable home for yourself.
