1) Rank Structure

Executive GM - Responsible for planning, developing and implementing overall guild strategy, rules and policies as well as oversee day-to-day operations of the guild to ensure overall well-being of the guild and its members.

GM Emeritus - An honorary rank given to Nimro and Karasz for their dedication and contributions as ex-GMs of Arashi.

Officer - These will be the officers who will assist in guild administration and operations.

Veteran Raider – These are members who have proven over time to be dependable and professional raiders and will usually be given preferential invites assuming their good performance and reliability are maintained. Veteran raiders (including officers who meet the criteria of being Veteran Raiders) will have loot priority over Raiders for all main spec items.

Raider – These are members who have passed the probation period and are now officially raiders and have the right to bid for loot.

Padawan – These are new or existing casual members on probation who wish to enter the raiding corp and begin raiding with us. Your performance will be evaluated by the GM and officers over an unspecified period of time, and once we give you the green light, you will be officially promoted to the rank of a Raider.
During your Probation phase, you will not be eligible to bid on loot unless all the regular Raiders have passed on it.

Casual – These are members or alts who are not actively raiding.

Raid Scheduling Officers - Chass and Everlite

Raid Leaders - Cäraverlol and Jokerice

Bank Officers - Chass, Everlite and Jubeiyuki


3) Officer Duties
Raid Scheduling Officer (Chass and Everlite) - Responsible for raid attendence confirmations, and helping with raid invites/scheduling.

Raid Leader (Cäraverlol and Jokerice) - Responsible for planning and executing raids; and in consultation with the GM, raider performance evaluation.

Bank Officer (Chass, Everlite and Jubeiyuki) - Responsible for procurement and disbursements of materials and consumables.

GM Emeritus (Nimro and Karasz) - Will act in an advisory capacity with regards to guild management.

Executive GM (Poofyfeesh) - Responsible for planning, developing and implementing overall guild strategy, rules and policies as well as oversee day-to-day operations of the guild. Will also handle guild administrative matters not managed by the other officers. This includes but is not limited to: recruitment, EPGP and loot distribution, management of guild resources including rare materials and patterns, raider performance evaluations, and maintenence of our web-portal's frontend and backend infrastructure.
