Looks like its not just a simple switch-on-the-fly as we had hoped.
You need to use the Lexicon of power to enable the switch.

Good news is that Scribes will be able to make portable Lexicons so we can still switch mid-raid, its just gonna be rather cumbersome.

Well at least no more pesky 50g respec fees and ports back and forth to IF.
